Every time I hear this song I am instantly transported back to the days of wandering town to town. I was lucky enough to see Ira play at a small venue in Portland Oregon, in what would have appeared to have been a Vanagon gathering.

Ira Wolf is one of my favorite artists! I saw her and her fiance Lee at an in-house concert in Anchorage, AK when I lived there (in the days before I lived in a van!). So inspiring. And of course seeing the famed Ruby in person was a major perk!
Such a great songs, and so many of them speak to this lifestyle. I also love that her sets seem to be in little intimate settings.
